Shipping & Handling
Singapore Orders for in stock items will be sent by local registered mail at a flat rate of S$3.00 per delivery within 3 working days from receipt of payment. An email confirmation of the shipment will include the tracking number. In case of any delays you will be notified by email.
International Orders for in stock items will be shipped by registered airmail within 3 working days after payment has been cleared and you can expect to receive your purchase normally within 7 – 14 working days of shipment. Shipping and handling will be S$10.00 worldwide. Import taxes if any will be the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
Every effort will be made to deliver your purchases promptly, but delays may be caused by incorrect billing/shipping information, payment delays, etc.
